Great web hosts, awful for mail.

Overall I am happy with the speed and responsiveness of my sites hosted with Bluehost.
I have a recurring problem with mail and replies to existing customers being blocked equally spam by Spamcop, Bluehost has been unable to resolve this and I need to find a new mail hosting provider every bit I tin’t run a business like this.

“Back up” is rude and useless

“Back up” is outsourced to Manilla. I waited 20 minutes to reach an agent because I was given the wrong information when I purchased a domain 3 days ago. Today I asked the agent for the domain to be marked “no renewal.” There is NO Mode to do this in the portal. I asked for e-mail verification and wanted to look while it was sent. Albin hung up. There is NO SURVEY at the end. I wasted the price of the domain because I volition take to buy it once again on GoDaddy.

Bluehost hosting is a very bad service. They provide deadening-speed servers and accuse as well much money. I have 50 servers for personal clients on this platform and at present nosotros are leaving Bluehost and finding another best company. They besides fraud with affiliate users. If anyone affiliates for new customers they don’t pay for that. On Bluehost website mention nosotros pay $65 per referral. They stole the coin and told a lie

I’ve been with Bluehost for many years and accept been really happy with the customer support. I have then recommended my clients use Bluehost mainly every bit the support is good. They made me buy a product subscription (obviously unrefundable) and the site got hacked again. I am extremely suspicious of the positive reviews and ratings. Bluehost was my most reliable hosting…

Bluehost was my most reliable hosting service. It was until few days ago when i have login problem to my account, then I decide to contact live chat support. Evidently they are switching the human expert into a stupid robot which do non sympathize what is my problem. After wasting my time past proceed giving me wrong reply to my simple question. The robot finally surrender and endeavor to redirect me to a staff of which i actually happy at the starting time, but the nightmare begin afterward the robot say that i have to expect for 177 customer ahead of me.

I try to be positive and try to await around in instance i can find bluehost contact to help me with my problem. the only solution is.. international telephone call, cannot imagine a hosting provider only providing international call option for every problem. i cannot find an urgency for the call and considering the cost. this is 2023, even cyberbanking service provide much amend than Bluehost. I really dissapointed equally i have 2 VPS with Bluehost

Do not subscribe. Customer service is horrible from day 1. Constant problems and they charge you for every little step so it ends upward costing more time and money than Go Daddy. I would NOT utilize this host. Nothing but issues, wearisome server, horrible customer back up, difficult to reach, and site downward, bad links, bad migration. Headache.
